Refund & Returns Policy

KAWOSI aims to ensure all customers are satisfied with their products and purchase experience. To assist in the event a customer would like to return an item, the below terms and conditions will be applicable. Please note, KAWOSI doesn’t offer EXCHANGES, 

REFUNDS

You can return an item for a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. We will process a refund provided the item returned is in the original condition as when it was purchased and meets the below requirements:

  1. Unworn
  2. Undamaged
  3. Unwashed
  4. In the original packaging
  5. Purchased online at www.kawosi.africa

Please note the cost of shipping for returned items will be for the customer's account. For returns, please email returns@kawosi.africa

EXCHANGES

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. Customers are welcome to return an item for a refund and purchase a new product of their choice.

DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY

We at KAWOSI do our best to ensure that we send items that are of high quality and without defects. A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacturing of the item.

The following will not be considered as defective:

  1. Faults resulting from normal wear and tear.
  2. Damage arising from negligence, user abuse, or incorrect usage of the product.

On return of the item, we will assess the validity of the defect. If found to be defective, we will replace it with the same item. If stock is not available, we will replace it with another item of the same value when purchased.
